Do you offer free estimates?

We are fully licensed and insured in Virginia. Our Roofing License number is 506491 and our Class A Contractor License number is 2705170864. Every member of our crew is licensed, insured, and bonded. That protection is important for both you and us.

How long does a typical roof replacement take?

Most residential roof replacements can be completed in one to three days, depending on the size of the house, the weather, and the type of roofing material. We work efficiently and clean up thoroughly at the end of each day so your property stays as neat as possible.

What should I do if my roof has storm damage?

First, stay safe and don’t climb on the roof yourself. Call us and we’ll schedule an inspection as soon as we can. We work with insurance companies regularly and can help walk you through the claims process if needed. Storm damage is something we handle often in this area.

Do you handle both residential and commercial roofs?

Yes. We work on both. Whether it’s a home with asphalt shingles or a commercial building with a flat TPO, EPDM, or modified bitumen roof, we have the experience to take care of it.

What types of roofing materials do you work with?

Absolutely. Clean-up is a big part of how we work. We use magnets to pick up nails and leave the property looking as close to how we found it as possible. A lot of our customers mention the clean-up in their reviews, and we take pride in that.

Will you help with my insurance claim?

Yes. We’ve helped many homeowners and business owners navigate the insurance process after storms. We can document the damage, provide the necessary paperwork, and work directly with your adjuster if you’d like us to.

How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement?

That’s exactly what a professional inspection is for. Sometimes a repair is all that’s needed. Other times the damage is extensive enough that a replacement makes more sense long-term. We’ll give you an honest recommendation either way—no upselling.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. We’ll go over payment details when we provide your estimate so there are no surprises.
